Boys will be boys

I also get to keep these cute boys!! They absolutely love construction!  When most would have been complaining about their neighborhood roads getting worked on, these boys were in Heaven!  We got to watch the workers for hours. :)

I taught James the "right way" to eat a peanut butter cracker.. the salt side has to be on the outside of course!!

Emma started a new way of earning money... being a hairstylist!! She fixes my hair for me in original, beautiful styles for me to wear home! :)

She also had me braid her hair and I thought it looked pretty cool!! I did two small side braids in the front.. at the bottom of her hair I separated it into 3 sections and braided each... So I had three braids and then I braided all three of those sections together!

Quarter of a Century

I definitely feel older.. 

To celebrate my 25th bday, my family took me to eat at Outback Steakhouse. Where you can enjoy the greasiest foods in America for an hour tops before your stomach yells at you to RUN to the bathroom.

My Mom made my favorite dessert ever, a honeybun cake! I definitely regret not taking a picture of it but it didn't last for long!! Honeybun cakes are full of cinnamon and sugar :)

Lucy Cate turns One!

I can't believe Lucy Cate is One! Time goes by so so fast! We had a party last weekend to celebrate.  The theme was Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat.  Amanda planned and decorated perfectly!

The Adventures of Ella

Ella is one of the girls I keep.. she was excited to have a day alone with me since she usually has to share with her brother and sister.  I let her pick everything we did. :)

Normal happenings

I have been in hiatus since the Pattinson/Stewart news... but I've decided its time to move on.....
PLUS the OLYMPICS are happening!! Tyler and I get very very excited about the olympics!! I'll have a whole post about them later...

So first in catching up we have some swimming with my cousins Parker and Claire.

Next up is my friend Lindsey's baby shower! Lindsey and I have been friends since high school and still really close.  She is due any day now with a boy that will be named Jase William!

Team Jef

I had a bachelorette finale party at my house on Sunday night.. Emilee and Michele came to help celebrate.  We were super excited to see Jef and Emily together.  I feel so much better about Emily sending Sean home now that I know her and Jef are such a good couple together!

I made cookies for both the boys even though we knew arie didn't have a shot...

I was pretty excited about them!! They tasted good too :)

Emilee and I were super tired here but she brought me a rose! 

I'm a little sad that the season is over, but we are all hoping Sean will be the next bachelor!!
